- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been going to pilates at ReCoop Health for a number of years. The reason I chose ReCoop above any other pilates class is that all classes are led by trained physiotherapists. The class I attend on a Monday morning is extremely well led by Rachel. She explains each move carefully, so as not to cause pain or injury. Although we are a group of 10, we are all treated as individuals. Also, since having extensive surgery on my spine a couple of years ago, I have been receiving physio from Rachel once a month. Rachel is an excellent physiotherapist, who is extremely knowledgeable and supportive. She takes time to listen and understand your problem, which then enables her to provide the best treatment possible.
